Flash 10 Beta
Late last week the beta player for Flash 10 was released. Flash 10 is a pretty exciting release, with the notable additions being the incorporation of a 3d engine, some updated drawing and font code, and some new filesystem support. I’ve already noticed an increase in the amount of 3d-related inquiries around my neck of the woods, but the filesystem stuff seems much more interesting to me. I can see the internet-app field starting to open up once you can load/edit and save out files.
