» 360 wouldn't see my vista pc
I’ve had this issue for over a year, and only stumbled on the answer today after a newfound determination (and my .. I dunno.. 8th repair? ). For some reason my Vista PC stopped showing up on my 360, meaning that I had to go through the particularly nasty media center app to watch videos on my 360. Now it’s all fixed, and I can take advantage of the added media functionality on the 360, so I can watch divx encoded vids now without needing a transcode. Quality is better, and the whole interface is much faster. yay!
