I’m about to embark on yet another xbox support return. There’s been quite a few, I managed to track down 9 different call references to xbox in my email history all of which have resulted in me sending in my console.

I’m amazed that their hardware is _so_ bad that I’ve had to have it repaired this many times - all under their extended “wow we really f**ked this up” warranty. But hey, at least I have a fully functioning PS3, Wii and DS.
